Founded in 1992 by Mr. Arun Pathak, an engineer by training and entrepreneur by conviction, RAG Industries has grown from a small fabrication workshop to a Tata Steel-recognised External Processing Unit.
Today, alongside second-generation entrepreneurs Anurag Pathak and Abhishek Mohapatra the firm serves some of Jharkhand and Odisha's most demanding industrial clients.
Mr. Arun Pathak
Founder & Promoter
An engineer by education, he founded RAG Industries in 1992 and brings over three decades of experience in steel processing, steel-section manufacturing and the building-products industry. He leads the organisation with a strong quality and technology orientation and serves as Convenor of the MSME and Startups Forum of Jharkhand.
Mr. Anurag Pathak
Director
A graduate engineer in Electronics & Telecommunications with prior multinational corporate experience and recipient of prestigious Jharkhand Youth Icon Award 2025. He joined RAG Industries full-time on 1 January 2023 and drives the firm's pan-India expansion, technology adoption, work-culture, safety, operational efficiency and revenue growth.
Mr. Abhishek Mohapatra
Director
A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur with a B.Tech and M.Tech in Electrical Engineering. He brings experience in technology-driven business development and project execution with international clients. He is responsible for planning, implementation, operational development and expansion.
